Friendship Manor Apartments
Friendship Manor Apartments were built with a federally funded mortgage under the Section 202 Federal Housing Act and provides rental subsidies under Section 8 of the same Federal Housing Act. The apartments were proposed and approved by HUD for occupancy limited to the elderly who are 62 years of age or, under 62 years of age who are physically handicapped or disabled. The property consists of 49 subsidized apartments. Those with Limited English Proficiency are welcome to apply.
AC Ware Manor Apartments
AC Ware Manor Apartments provides affordable subsidized housing to low-income seniors 62 years or older. Those with Limited English Proficiency are welcome to apply.
